BAYLEE DEAN
An Arizona native, Baylee grew up surrounded by the baseball and softball community, developing a passion for sports and the people who make them special. She is currently attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College, where she is pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business. As the Operations Administrator at AZ Dingers, Baylee oversees many of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions that help keep the facility running smoothly. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every athlete and family, she takes pride in helping AZ Dingers remain a welcoming place for players of all ages and skill levels. Her passion for sports, strong organizational skills, and commitment to the community make her a key part of the AZ Dingers team.

MASON DEAN
Mason has been immersed in the game of baseball for over 13 years. Currently a senior at Desert Vista High School, he plays both middle infield and outfield, demonstrating his versatility and dedication to the sport. His commitment to excellence on the field is matched by his passion for helping others off the field.
Whether he’s sharing his knowledge of the game, assisting players in their development, or simply creating a welcoming environment, Mason’s enthusiasm and dedication shine through in everything he does.

COOPER FROST
Cooper has been playing baseball since his T-ball days and has developed a strong passion for the game over the years. His lifelong involvement in the game has given him a strong understanding of baseball and the training environment. He currently plays at Eastmark High School, where he continues to grow his skills and knowledge of the sport. Cooper brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a love for helping younger athletes improve their game.

HAYDEN SCATENA
Hayden is a graduate of Higley High School and has over 10 years of baseball experience. As a versatile player, he gained experience at third base, first base, and on the mound as a right-handed pitcher. His passion for the game and firsthand experience as a competitive athlete allow him to connect with players and families throughout the baseball community. As a Guest Specialist and Camp & Clinic Assistant at AZ Dingers, Hayden helps create a positive and welcoming environment for every athlete who walks through the door. His strong work ethic, friendly personality, and dedication to the sport make him a valued member of the AZ Dingers team.

BRANDON DEAN
Brandon has more than 25 years of customer
service and management experience. He played school baseball from Junior High through High School, playing 3rd base and pitcher positions.
He comes from a generational baseball playing family where baseball was a normal part of life so much so that a field was named after his Grandpa in their hometown. Brandon is extremely passionate about sports and helping athletes become the best they can in sports and life. He believes that talent might get you on the field but attitude and hard work will help you stay there and excel to the next level.

GRACE RANA
Grace is a former Division I softball player and graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she excelled as a catcher and developed a deep understanding of the game. She is currently pursuing her master's degree while continuing to share her passion for softball with the next generation of athletes. As the Facility Supervisor at AZ Dingers, Grace plays an integral role in daily operations and is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every athlete and family who walks through the doors. In addition to overseeing the facility, she provides catching and softball instruction, helping players develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Her leadership, knowledge, and ability to connect with athletes make her a valuable part of the AZ Dingers team.

LINDSAY HIPKE
Lindsay is a dedicated student at Grand Canyon University with a passion for excellence both on and off the field. A 2025 graduate of Basha High School, she proudly contributed to her softball team's 2023 state championship victory. With nine years of softball experience, Lindsay brings a strong work ethic and team spirit to everything she does.

DEAN ROGERS
Dean has a strong background as a baseball player; Dean brings firsthand knowledge of the game and a genuine passion for the sport to AZ Dingers. His playing experience helps him understand the hard work, dedication, and mindset it takes to grow as an athlete. Dean is a great addition to our staff, and we’re excited to have him helping create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors!

KASON WEBB
Kason brings a decade of baseball experience to the AZ Dingers team. A standout player, Kason plays Desert Vista Varsity squad, showcasing his skills as a versatile RHP and outfielder/utility player. His dedication to the game earned him recognition at the PFA Regional level, further solidifying his reputation as a well-rounded athlete.
Kason’s passion for baseball and his years of on-field experience make him a valuable addition to the AZ Dingers family. Whether on the mound, in the outfield, or mentoring young players, Kason is committed to helping athletes develop their skills and love for the game.
