Baylee Dean
Baylee is an Arizona Native. She played softball growing up for both recreation and school. Her love for sports turned to the creative side of capturing the moment and telling stories through her camera lens. Expert photographer, Baylee was the Senior Photo Editor at Desert Vista High School and graduated in 2024. She is all about making your visit the best it can be and if you are looking for a great photographer, you have found her!

Frankie Gulko
Frankie is a current professional baseball player, playing in independent baseball leagues. Growing up in the east valley he played Pony League baseball in the Queen Creek area. He went to Gateway Community College in Phoenix, where he played one year of junior college baseball. Frankie graduated from Salem International University in 2024, where he was named team captain, tied the most wins as a pitcher in school history, and won a Regional Title. Frankie has also competed in the Northwoods League (2023), and the Alaska Baseball League (2024), where he was named first team pitcher of the year. He currently spends his off-season training for his upcoming professional season and his goal is to play baseball for as long as he can.

Jade Thames
Raised around Major League Baseball, Jade Thames has been immersed in the sport her entire life, traveling to incredible places with her dad and his teams. A Florida native with a love for lakes, beaches, and all things water, Jade is now an aesthetician at Project Esty in San Tan, working toward her dream of going solo. Passionate about her craft and connecting with others, she’s always excited to welcome new AZ Dingers customers and talk sports, especially baseball!

Richie Lopez
Richie is a sophomore at Casteel High School and left-hand pitcher for Ghost Baseball. He has a passion for baseball and is dedicated to mastering his craft. Focused on pitching mechanics and arm development, he’s driven by long-term goals to excel on and off the field. Richie also contributes at AZ Dingers camps and clinics, where he helps inspire and support young athletes in their development..

Kason Webb
Kason brings a decade of baseball experience to the AZ Dingers team. A standout player, Kason plays Desert Vista Varsity squad, showcasing his skills as a versatile RHP and outfielder/utility player. His dedication to the game earned him recognition at the PFA Regional level, further solidifying his reputation as a well-rounded athlete.

Kason’s passion for baseball and his years of on-field experience make him a valuable addition to the AZ Dingers family. Whether on the mound, in the outfield, or mentoring young players, Kason is committed to helping athletes develop their skills and love for the game.

With more than 20 years of marketing, public relations, and strategic communications and 10 years of people management experience, Megan is a seasoned professional. Throughout her career, she has served in several consulting and leadership positions for large and mid-sized B2B and B2C companies.

Mason Dean
An Arizona native, Mason has been immersed in the game of baseball for over 13 years. Currently a Junior at Desert Vista High School, he plays both middle infield and outfield, demonstrating his versatility and dedication to the sport. His commitment to excellence on the field is matched by his passion for helping others off the field.

Whether he’s sharing his knowledge of the game, assisting players in their development, or simply creating a welcoming environment, Mason’s enthusiasm and dedication shine through in everything he does.

Riley O'Sullivan
Riley is a dedicated baseball pitching instructor with 19 years of playing experience, beginning at age 4 and continuing through his collegiate career at Concordia University Irvine, where he graduated in 2024. As a starting pitcher for all three years, he earned both Second Team and Third Team All-American honors. Known for his advanced command and feel for pitching, he developed a five-pitch mix and consistently demonstrated exceptional control. His approach to pitching emphasizes precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of mechanics and pitch sequencing. Coming from a strong baseball background, with two brothers who played professionally, Riley brings both high-level experience and a lifelong understanding of the game into his coaching. He is passionate about helping pitchers of all ages improve their mechanics, build confidence, and compete at their highest level.

Hayden Scatena
Hayden joins the AZ Dingers team as our new Guest Specialist and Camp/Clinic Assistant! With over 10 years of baseball experience, Hayden brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the game. A varsity baseball player at Higley High School, he excels as a versatile athlete, playing 3rd base, 1st base, and as a right-handed pitcher. Hayden’s dedication to the sport and his commitment to helping players grow make him a valuable addition to our team.

Rylan Bibiloni
Rylan is an Arizona native and a senior at Hamilton High School. As an honor student, she takes pride in balancing academics with extracurricular activities, especially softball. She is excited to continue her athletic career playing softball at Howard University. With her passion for the sport and determined mindset, she wants to ensure that every customer has a great experience at AZ Dingers.

Brandon Dean
Brandon has more than 25 years of customer
service and management experience. He played school baseball from Junior High through High School, playing 3rd base and pitcher positions.
He comes from a generational baseball playing family where baseball was a normal part of life so much so that a field was named after his Grandpa in their hometown. Brandon is extremely passionate about sports and helping athletes become the best they can in sports and life. He believes that talent might get you on the field but attitude and hard work will help you stay there and excel to the next level.
